A logistics company had been experiencing delivery delays for the past three months, which significantly affected customer retention and led to a sharp decline in the company's revenue. As a Data Analyst, I investigated the root causes of the problem by analyzing the available data and identifying key factors contributing to the delays. Based on my findings, I proposed actionable solutions aimed at eliminating these issues and improving overall operational efficiency. This Logistics Delivery Churn Analysis Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of delivery performance, operational delays, and their financial impact across different locations, vehicles, drivers, and customers. The dashboard was designed to help the management identify the key factors contributing to delivery delays, customer dissatisfaction, and revenue loss.
It highlights critical business metrics such as Total Revenue ($13.91M), Profit ($11.03M), Revenue Loss ($2.88M), and Average Delay Days (3.55 days). Additionally, it offers insights into the most common delay reasons, delay trends by month, driver performance, vehicle breakdown occurrences, location-based delays, and the customers most affected by delivery disruptions.
By analyzing these patterns, stakeholders can uncover the root causes of delivery churn, optimize logistics operations, reduce delays, improve customer retention, and minimize revenue losses. This dashboard serves as a strategic decision-making tool for enhancing operational efficiency and overall service quality.
